Bulk nails are suitable for automated nailing equipment, delivering maximum holding power for pallet construction. Their flat, well-centered heads feed smoothly while their stiff stock screw shanks bore through wood fibers to provide impressive staying power. Junyi's EPAL Bulk Nails are manufactured with the highest quality standards to insure efficient, consistent performance. Standard sizes are available: 3.4/3.6 X 40mm, 3.4/3.6 X 70mm and 3.4/3.6 X 90mm.
Introduction of EPAL NAILS
EPAL nails are used to manufacture Euro pallets. The EPAL association has established a common European standard for pallets. They are widely used throughout the world, particularly in the logistics industry. Every nail carries an EPAL association marking （stamped license letters）that meets the standards established for that marking. An EPAL pallet usually requires 78 EPAL nails.
Certified pallet nails are used for the production of EPAL pallets. Therefore they need to conform with specific standards, and the compliance with these standards during production guarantees the highest product quality, versatility and safety.
The unquestionable advantage of EPAL nails is their standardization. EPAL nails have to conform with global quality requirements. These are established and verified by the EPAL organization, of which Junyi Hardware has been a member for many years.
Compliance with the applicable standards during transport is not only a guarantee of the safety of goods, but also of the safety of personnel. Therefore, as a responsible EPAL nail manufacturer, we are regularly subject to production process inspections carried out by PKN EPAL inspectors.

Shank Type
The main types of coil nail include smooth shank coil nails, ring shank coil nails, and screw shank coil nails. Our EPAL Coil Nails are with RING SHANK, which offers superior holding power over smooth shank nails because the wood fills in the crevasse of the rings and also provide friction to help prevent the nail from backing out over time.
Finish Type
Painting coated coil nail is coated with a layer of paint to help protect the steel from corroding. Although painted fasteners will corrode over time as the coating wears, they are generally good for the lifetime of the application. Galvanized coil nails have a very thin layer of Zinc that also offers corrosion protection.
Our EPAL Bulk Nails are available in blank, paint coated and galvanished.
Point Type
Bright, untreated or coated nails with a diamond or clinched point and ring shank can guarantee easy penetration and increased holding strength. Our EPAL Bulk Nials are available in diamond and clinch point.
