Jumbo Coil Nails

COIL NAILS

Jumbo Coil Nails

Jumbo coils are manufactured in a flat coil with a plastic axle and paper cover. On smaller Jumbo coils the cover and axle are not used. Jumbo coil nails are used in automatic pallet forging machines. In such coils the number of nails may range from 450 to 3000 nails per coil.

Jumbo coil nails are a type of fastener used in the construction industry to join materials such as wood, concrete, and steel. These nails are designed to be used with a pneumatic nail gun and come in long, coiled strips that can hold up to 3000 nails.

Product Features:

   ●  Length: Jumbo coil nails typically range in length from 2 inches to 4 inches.

   ●  Diameter: These nails are thicker than regular nails, typically ranging from 0.113 inches to 0.148 inches in diameter.

   ●  Material: Jumbo coil nails are made from high-quality steel, which gives them strength and durability.

   ●  Coating: Some jumbo coil nails are coated with a rust-resistant finish to protect them from moisture and other environmental factors.

   ●  Shank: The shank of jumbo coil nails is often ringed or twisted to increase their holding power.

Application:
Jumbo coil nails are primarily used in the construction industry for framing, decking, and other heavy-duty applications. They are commonly used to secure wooden boards and planks together, as well as to attach sheathing, roofing, and siding materials to wood and metal framing. Because they are designed to be used with a nail gun, they can be driven quickly and efficiently, making them ideal for large-scale construction projects. Additionally, the coiled design of jumbo coil nails allows for a large number of nails to be held in one strip, reducing the need for frequent reloading of the nail gun.
